A new version of the cult Transformers series.
Year 1987. Bumblebee finds asylum on one of California's scrap yards. Meanwhile, Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld) is trying to understand the world, always looking for a place and a role in it. He finds a dilapidated, rusting Bumblebee on the junkyard. When she manages to restore it, she quickly realizes that Bumblebee is not just a yellow "humpback".
